By purchasing our services, you agree to provide necessary access and information in a timely manner (e.g., website URL, analytics access, CMS credentials when applicable). Delays in access may affect timelines.
Fees and billing terms are shown on the Pricing page and/or on your invoice. Unless stated otherwise, monthly plans are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time to stop future billing.

Refund / Cancellation Policy
14-day money-back guarantee if the service has not been initiated. “Service initiated” means we have begun work, delivered any initial audit/roadmap, requested access, or started producing deliverables.
If the service has not been initiated, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@hiclickseo.com from the billing email address, including your invoice/receipt reference.
If work has started (service initiated), refunds are generally not available due to the time-based nature of professional services. However, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues and complete agreed deliverables.
Cancellations: You can cancel a monthly plan anytime to stop future billing. Your current billing period remains active until the end of that period.
